I don’t think she is stating that the movie is about white woman. I think she is just taking something she gained from the movie and acknowledging it. We all have different lenses through which we see, different sides of the coin of oppression, but we’re all oppressed. So, let this woman be.

There could be, y’know, multiple problems? Trump’s election was a failure by a lot of people in a lot of different areas. You could blame black people for not voting or you could blame white people for voting for Trump. There is plenty of blame to be thrown around.

So, no more ‘locally’ made in pesky buildings to own, now just more contracted-out to lower-cost foreign manufacturers? Okay, whew.

I dunno, this sounds like a fluke.

It’s kind of confusing to me, honestly - not the show, but the ‘not enough aliens’ reaction. From the start, I never expected to see the aliens. They aren’t the point of the show, they’re the premise. 

I thought they did a good job setting up a big mystery and doling out answers at a slow but reasonable pace.  And it never felt like LOST where they were just making random shit up as they went along.  

Agreed. It wasn’t perfect but it was fun and almost every episode had some real action. The overall plot/story was interesting. Others have complained about not seeing enough aliens. But the reality is they never had that kind of budget. And the story was about the human collaborators vs. the rest of humanity, not…

Whatever, it was a fun show with a lot of action.  

Sad to see it go. It's been a pretty enjoyable show.

When the hell will people stop with the LOL REMAKE RUINS THE ORIGINAL bullshit. I have yet to be convinced that that's possible.
