I thought it was kind of fun if ultimately forgettable. Some of the powers were pretty cool like the ability to call down lightning near the end, the bosses were entertaining, and I liked the story and revelation at the end.

No Batman: Under The Red Hood?
For a direct-to-dvd film that shit was seriously awesome. Kind of surprised to see no mention of it whatsoever on the entire avclub site this summer. Maybe my nerd expectations have gotten out of hand?

Can't believe this franchise is 14 years old, I must be old as shit. I only ever played the first but I do remember some of the puzzles being pretty clever and having to look up the solutions in the game guide at a local Barnes & Noble. It was that goddamn Midas hand puzzle.

To be fair that was a pretty wicked boardslide over the log gap. Props.
