I thought the same thing about lazy developers. Just look at what Warner and Ubisoft have done with Shadow of Mordor and Watch Dogs for the last gen. Those ports were terrible.

Because Brazil’s Army is a failure too, as much as all this olympic bullshit.

pretty much this...

“Rape Culture is a given in that country. The entire country is falling apart, and they had a horrid view of women’s place in society to begin with.”

From the link:

As a PS4 owner, I kind of agree with in some parts. I don’t think the lack of exclusives mean that much, due to the multiplatform blockbusters releases of the last month.

Yes, there are shorts! Check it out:

There must be something wrong with Nvidia Gameworks. Every game developed with it has some kind of problem. Watch Dogs, AC Unity, Witcher 3 and, now, Arkham Knight... I could not find a list of games that use gameworks on the internet myself, so that’s the only four I could remember, but I’m pretty sure other examples

Every game that uses gameworks gets some kind of downgrade or any other problem, like watch dogs, unity and witcher 3. Should we expect the same with the new Batman?

What really bothers me about Witcher 3 is its physics. Or physx, if you prefer. It’s really bad. Geralt’s running animation is painful to watch. When devs use Nvidia Gameworks, i think they’re obligated to use it, isn’t it? Or could they change it?

But Microsoft banned their accounts permanently. So they lost everything? What happens with the digital games they bought?

I always miss the kotaku asks. Looks like nobody asked about review embargoes...

You work there? Really? Tell us what you know, man.... PLEASE!

It does not happen only with DC or PC, or any other racing game. I hate when, for example, some ubisoft games use that kind of effect, feels like i'm trapped inside a camera. Even first person shooters are doing it now.

I really recommend Creativity, Inc. I've been reading it, and it's fascinating. If you love Pixar movies and/ or computer graphics in general, and want to how they have built Pixar from the ashes of Lucasfilms, go for it.

Kirk, What if you guys create a new post instead of using the same one? Just copy and paste the old content, change some games, put a new name, like "The best games for PS4 - November 2014". Is it possible?

Good point. Maybe it's the reason why many Ubisoft games have been delayed: Watch Dogs, The Division, Rayman, Far Cry 3, Rainbow Six, etc. People there must be trying to avoid the limbo...

Now I understand why Kotaku became my favorite gaming site lately. I'm tired of the same bullshit that other sites publish nowadays, all those empty previews and, specially, those meaningless reviews (like that Alien Isolation review from IGN). Thank you and keep up the good work.
