I would say it’s obvious they were not working together yet in that scene and Arya was testing Sansa which is why at the end she gives Sansa the dagger.

I don’t think either of them knew Littlefinger’s plan at that time. I think Arya was testing Sansa which is why she gave her the dagger. I think they came together at some point after that (unseen by the viewer) along with Bran to take out Littlefinger.

When Cersei is taking to Jaime she basically said that Euron leaving is a ruse.

It seems like as far as Bran bothered to check is that Jon was a different kind of bastard. The show makes it seem like he didn’t bother to look too hard in the tower of Joy until Sam told him about the annulment.
