I certainly prefer a forum over a Discord server in term of format, but I also cannot argue with what I’ve seen in terms of engagement on both platforms. The exact same community can have a forum that sees maybe one post a week but they’ve got one or more Discord servers that sees much higher engagement. The only

Depends on the event. Early on it was just stuff that happened during normal matches. There are still some of these today, but they’re not big events so much as it’s just small things that change from week to week to slowly tell a story.

Personally, I only play the Battle Royale short of the season-ending type of events. I don’t care for the concerts or whatever BS of the week, but I do try and participate in “story” events.

I mean, the Fountain cannot be dead...at least not permanently...because without it Spooner would presumably remain lost to time, though I suppose she could have been sent forward in time instantly via alien magic. Regardless, I think John’s at least partially responsible for when Spooner is returned actually either

Interviews seem to imply that the Legends will be largely separated from the rest of the Arrowverse next season because apparently they will end up stranded and unable to time travel...potentially for the entire season. That’s obviously not a problem for The Flash in particular, but I don’t think we’ve seen any Legend

Discs in particular will not last forever either though.

Yeah, I’m already a few planets into Ratchet & Clank and I’ve been de-rusting and picking up where I left off in working towards 100% map on Miles Morales. I suck at high level combat in that game though, especially coming back after so long.

I expect it to be resolved by the end of the next episode. You have to maintain continuity to allow Spooner to reappear in the future and maintain the time loop, otherwise she disappears and the entire season will be undone. The Fountain will be restored in some sense...perhaps final good deed in death by John.

Interviews imply that Mick is NOT dead since they said they will always have a seat open for him should he wish to return. My guess is that the explosion just convinces him to give up being a Legend for all his kids.

I got an email from Sony out of the blue last week offering a chance to order one, so I took them up on it and finally got a PS5 essentially dropped in my lap. I have yet to own an exclusively PS5 game. The only ones I have are ones that offered free upgrades for PS4 games.

No, I played it. It’s just that nobody bothered to use the dumbed down communication. I’d ask legitimate questions like where the body was or who was with somebody or was somebody at X location...

The only part of Fortnite’s version that’s better is the matchmaking. The game itself is not engaging and conversation is abysmal. It’s all just blind guessing because you can’t actually have a conversation.

Pretty much, and I have to say, I’d rather the people that complain about the portals just go play Infinite. People don’t HAVE to play every game and you can play what you like rather than demand a game be made into what you like.

Yeah, some of the maps I end up practically playing like a typical arena shooter because there’s just not a good use for them short of maybe moving from one area to another quickly.

The Halo + Portal tagline pretty much sums it up.

  • Don‘t limit deny grenades, put them on a cooldown

Yeah, the point was more that I actually USE that functionality, so I couldn’t overwrite it like OP.

I actually use the mouse wheel to swap weapons on the fly, but I do have a numpad on the side of my mouse, so I set portals to 2 and 3 with 1 as melee.

(usually in panic/escape mode, but I’m still doing alright!)

Oh, I abuse the hell outta some portals. On most maps, there are some clear surfaces that are the best places for portals whether that be in terms of movement or sniping. More than one map has great places where you can portal up and snipe while you are far away from the hot zone and will largely be left alone.
