The Ezio trilogy really is still my favorite in the series and I haven’t finished a single AC game since Black Flag and I really only stuck around with that one because pirates. Similar for AC3 because I enjoyed the ship combat, but also because of the early US setting.

As a kid (roughly 1993), I had scarlet fever that ended up resulting in kidney failure.  I was hospitalized for three days until the antibiotics and IV fluids got my kidneys back in functioning order.  Had regular bloodwork for the next year to monitor my increasing kidney function.

That's what they tried to work towards with the RealID initiative: a standardized US ID, but they had to leave it in the hands of states because there were people afraid of the idea as being too communist I guess despite it being little more than a docent like any other government issued document like birth, marriage,

...because I’m sooo afraid of a traffic stop...

I haven’t been pulled over in almost a decade and it’s been almost 15 years since I got an actual ticket, but that doesn’t mean I don’t go through traffic stops occasionally.

It’s one thing to claim that a person’s strongly-held views are informed by nothing at all, but entirely another to imply that they’re completely on auto-pilot.

Actually, you did.

Unless the law in Poland somehow gives him some sort of retroactive rights, I suspect that he does not even expect to win or even go through with the lawsuit so much as he just wants to “push” them into throwing him a bone.

You’re arguing a point I never made. I simply corrected the statement:

Summer isn’t over here yet.  I got absolutely roasted Saturday.

You shouldn’t be playing games on a subway car? Sitting in a moving vehicle of any kind? How about just standing out waiting on somebody to come out of a building?

Did I or OP either one mention Mario Party?

Which works wonderfully well on the subway or in a car...

Even now, a couple of the games are different in Japan than the US release. Zelda has more sound channels and SMB plays differently in regards to taking hits.

Download is free apparently, so as long as you have NSO with the account your playing with, it doesn’t matter what country it is.

I’ve had the same thing happen with automatic software updates as well.  Most of the time they do update, but sometimes they just don’t and I have to do it manually when it starts up.

Why would you...it’s a universal account.  It’s been backing up your saves since the beginning WITHOUT Nintendo’s service.
