That is a fair distinction, but as far as I can find thus far, images or video are not stored by his device long term under normal circumstances. Typically the device buffers the image and displays it. Due to the perps' tampering though, the buffer was not cleared, thus images were stored and never deleted.

So, everyone thinks that they are going to end up the next meme taking the internet by storm. The odds of your image being used widespread through the internet and someone you know seeing it are astronomical.

That is somewhat different though. That is surveillance (which let's face it, already happens and just don't know it), an intentional monitoring of your habits and actions. That to me questionable.

This drives me crazy. You are being recorded...so? I personally think this prosthetic is great and I am pleased that advances such as this are working to help people who might have genetic or accident related problems. Not to say I would do it by choice, but if I needed to I would have not problem with it.

I do not understand this. If you are not doing anything wrong, why should you care? I admit, I'm not a camera ham and I really don't enjoy having people take pictures or video around me...but that's because they want me to focus on them...basically I hate posing for pictures or video, but if somebody came by with

Yeah, while I was in NY, the most common delay was some idiot standing in the doorway or something stupid like that. I think maybe once or twice we were stuck in a tunnel, but usually it was just those few second delays for the doors to open and close until they were clear.

I no longer live in NYC, but while I was there, I would always get on the 2/3 at Clark Street (was staying in an apartment just across from the station) and ride into Manhatten. Never found a job so I was not exactly on a schedule either though.

Yeah, I'm doing fairly decent for a one-year programmer at my company, but it's a small up-and-coming business so far. Don't get me wrong, it's highly respected in it's field, but demand is ramping up and the company is not quite large enough to handle everything that could be coming our way. I make about 32x what I

It's funny that in the five weeks I was living in NYC looking for a job, I never had a problem with delays. There was one weekend that the line I always rode into Manhatten was shut down, but there was like a week's notice ahead of time...wish I'd remembered that before me and my friend went and bought him and A/C

I didn't take it as a mockery of Christianity. Rather, it was a mockery of consumerism under the veil of Christianity.

The higher-ups at Gawker are out of their mind freakin' mind...

Well, that was not the ultimate point of the conversation, but I agree that it's easy to say something and it suddenly becomes "fact."

It's a completely random game that is different every single time you play. It has additional functionality in multiplayer (co-op and deathmatch, really would like online play though). I think $20 is a pretty fair price myself...but I have money so I guess that helps. :D

I wish I could go ahead and buy this and it would download automatically when it goes live. I loved the PC version, but it was not really optimized for controllers. I'm hoping this is a much smoother experience than the PC version.

I know, but no matter what browser I use, clear cookies, log off and log back in...I even used a completely new computer and it still did it...ON MULTIPLE PC'S! I'm so annoyed...

Good point. Eventually it will become just like it was...only less organized? Irony...

Yeah, I'll stick around as long as they let me have my blog view. If they take that away, I can go to other sites that I can actually navigate...

The problem is that so many people are really far behind because hardware companies are taking too long or are not releasing their skinned version of Android at all. I bought a Droid 3 and it has received practically no support and will never get another update. I eventually just installed a custom ROM (CM9 so I

My biggest percentage of usage probably goes to listening to my morning radio show either with iHeartRadio in the morning or listening the recordings of their show on SoundCloud on the ride home. Next would probably be random web surfing when I have down time...though music streaming is moving up that list since I
