Yeah, towards the start, you hear a PA message saying meals are rationed to one per person per day with exceptions for children and the elderly. Later on you hear that meals are now twice daily at 0800 and 1600 hours. Soon there’s even talk of internet access available to civilians.

Civilisation is just three missed meals away from anarchy, you know.

I found the encounters with rogue agents reasonably engaging as well. the fact they had turrets and seeker mines and so on, the same tech you have available to you, I found that more fun than the standard gunner/flamer/granadier/sniper bosses up to that point.

Then you don’t realise that AWS can scale to ridiculous capacity.

The sheer extent of resources available on AWS makes me quite excited for this. I for one, will be downloading and having a tinker right away.

I would love to do something like this, except whenever I load a savegame everything in the immediate area likes to either A) Fall over, B) Fly into the sky, C) Explode, D) Spontaneously have shots fired at it from some unknown source.
