Interesting that people stick with one sauce. I keep at least a half dozen different shelf-stable hot sauces on hand because each one has a different flavor profile. You have to have the right sauce for different foods. Tapatio is definitely best for eggs. Of course, if I’ve made my own, that takes precedence.
