I marched with someone who said to me “You know, where I’m from people just don’t do this kind of thing. So I’ve never marched before. And it’s ridiculous and terrible and I feel like such an asshole for it, I need to do more now.” I’m glad no one handed us activism purity checklists before we entered the crowd.

Virtually every new election has someone getting the new highest vote total, because the population continues to grow. The fact that Clinton still somehow managed to win LESS votes than her predecessor and generate LESS turnout is indicative of a failure on her part, not a success.

I’m confused, if Clinton ran such a bad campaign, why did she garner the third highest vote total in U.S. history? Obama is the only person that ever got more votes than her.
