Definitely Cersei.
Definitely Cersei.
Sorry for getting back really late on this. Disqus kept on logging me out.
Can someone get this idiot child to his parents?
I think they could redeem "In the Air Tonight."
Ingesting any quality of smoke lead to cancer, but removing nicotine and tar vaaaaaaaastly reduces those chances.
Hailee Steinfeld.
I think Pete's done. Joan finished last week. Peggy is still there but had a satisfying final scene (if that's all). That only leaves Roger and Don standing from that original group, except Don is a million miles away and Roger has no more magic left to work. Perhaps, the piper wants him to pay up as well.
Frank Caliendo and lazy impression humor, well I never!
I like it that the next step down from "funniest of the season" is a charitable "C+." If this is the scale we're working with, your quarrels are chickenshit.
I'd love to know about more about these Jewish depictions of God. I'd also love to know about these alleged Christians that deep in the desert away from Roman/post-Roman cities. Or about how the iconoclasm didn't involve destroying hundreds of idols in Mecca in the Ka'aba, which is, y'know, the prophet's hometown,…
not every Act of God is an act of God. Things possess certain qualities and act in according to their nature, ie nitrocellulose is super flammable and doesn't require further oxygen to keep on burning. The idea that every natural act is an intentional motion is a recent bit of Pietistic nonsense.
I love both of those scores.
somebody just moved a few goalposts.
….?
still not as creepy as her father using her as a surrogate for his and Helena's baby.
I would never be excited for a Linda episode, but this was fun, and yep that hotel scene was a winner.
I've noticed that too. The change in style (even though it's still Ludwig) and the cheaper lighting have messed with the mood. The lighting of the early NBC episodes was perfect—that academic-industrial glare altered just enough to make everyone look great.
Yeah, I feel like the 'they've done this before!' comment has been made too readily with this episode. Yes, there are elements related to earlier episodes, but the elements were still treated differently and it's one of the first times we've seen Abed behind the camera for a few years now.
The Mad Men crew has been good about it, with some subtly horrible shit. Though I bet the GoT crew could come up with horrifying plans.
It's chaotic supervillain, not taking over the world supervillain.
