No, it's not. You're confusing the mere promotion of one's art with artists overall and actual talent. She has the talent, passion, and creativity. Also, her crazy outfits are an amazing marketing scheme and succeed in keeping people out of her private affairs (since they're too busy mocking her outer appearance).
