I think I listened to the podcast just to hear the tip about productive pooping.

Personally I still use a proper alarm clock because I don't like to leave my smartphone on throughout the night.

I saw someone using a Samsung Galaxy Camera and was swept up by tech lust. I know it is not necessarily a good camera by itself and so I did not get it, but the screen is just gorgeous..

This is so freaking brilliant. Not sure why, but it just is.

This book looks wonderful!

I do a lot of group projects in school so Dropbox is useful to share documents (sometimes editing, though conflicting copies can be such a pain) with my group mates.

Wow I didn't know Google had a recipe search function. Thanks!

I'm 22 this year and couldn't hear anymore once I got to 18,000 Hz - under 24. Ears still healthy I suppose :) But my ears are always plugged in to podcasts, so I anticipate problems..

I've never stayed in a hotel with so many seemingly unrelated charges tacked on to the room rate.

Thanks for that. I was asking about the secure delete.

Does anyone know why the Secure Delete function on my MacBook Pro makes the laptop fan work so hard?

I can't produce any evidence of weight loss, but I have definitely benefited from these fitness videos on YouTube - it's a nice way of producing the motivation you get from an exercise 'class' environment in the comfort of your own home, without feeling vulnerable with so many other people watching you struggle. The app that gives you stickers for checking in is GetGlue. I use it quite a bit myself. It is both a social network and a recommendation engine of sorts for TV shows and movies.

Gah Spotify is the only legally available option where I come from. Is Spotify Premium worth the monthly fee? Also, if I get Premium in my home country, can I still use it overseas (e.g. short term holidays)?

Grooveshark is good for its free mobile option but I hate the messy metadata on the tracks. Guess that's what you get for a crowdsourced and free option.

Yup this method works.

The point about slowly readjusting your body block to fit school sleeping hours is so important. Even as a university student, getting back to school and attending morning classes can be a great shock to the system after a 4-month-long summer vacation.

That wallpaper is spectacular! Also, love the chunky keyboard (pardon my language, I'm not a techie and don't know the lingo for such keyboards, but I love the look of it.)

I have never flown for business, only leisure. So, I always focus on the fact that I'm flying for a bigger reason - to have a vacation, have some good food, do some sightseeing etc. Chocking up the air miles helps a lot too with shattering any fears/illusions you may have about flying.

I think parents can be a big help by starting their kids off early on insurance. My parents have constantly reinforced this point to me. Once I start working and have income, I will take over payment of the premiums of the policies they have taken up for me.
