I am so happy for the ESM team right now! They finally got a win not just as the 3rd LMP2 win since the merger, but their first since over a year ago, in 2014!!! That team must be elated, especially with Pipo Derani as their new, and quick, young driver! Like the announcers said, “Passing of the guard”!

Talk about remember the name! Darani has firmly been established on the sportscar scene in my book! I would like for him to do some more racing in the US, and in Europe in the ESM paddock. Hats off to you boys, good job!!

They haven’t “braked”(yet), they’ve had tons of electrical issues. This is a sad showing, I know, but they are still going ‘round, albeit 10th & 11th.
