Perhaps, however in that video the racing starts at Cinemark at I-10 and TX-99 in Katy, then they race down I-10 west towards Sealy, and then down 99 to Richmond. Racing down 99 like that is stupid, is a 2 lane, busy freeway, through congested and busy Katy, racing past houses and neighborhoods, with no guard rails.
