I do know tracking software is available, but that sure looks like some one was at the controls of that camera following them. but maybe it was just its motion detectors. it also looks like these guys where watching for someone that normally patrols that lot or something.

and he almost made it to his car to move it before they destroyed the hood and paint jop better then it burning up though.
