That only holds water if they also have the technology to re-engineer matter from different sources. Say they took a Gyarados and can use its raw matter to create copies of a magikarp. Otherwise, copying is impossible because they can’t create matter, and the Pokémon are recreated using their original matter.

Not sure how it is across the pond, but have you seen how 15 yr olds dress in the US these days? Way too sexual, on taller young women (who puberty hit REALLY hard) you could easily confuse them with an adult.
