No, Korra is fucking terrible. OK, well most of it is. There are some cool fight scenes and concepts, but they’re vastly the minority.

Put yourself in Kirk’s shoes, someone who adored and enjoyed LoA that much. The incredible letdown that Korra was absolutely crushed our dreams of continuing the Avatar universe. Our strong vocal dislike of the show is very reasonable.

I know I’m in the minority, but SnK manga is way better than the anime. They completely change the tone and themes in the anime, making it lighthearted and theatrical, when it’s much more raw and genuine in the manga.
