What shoes are weightlifting shoes? Do regular gym shoes not work? This is what confuses me, other than when it’s super snowy/rainy, I’ve never seen a problem wearing gym shoes to the gym and outside of it. They’re rather comfy for walking.

Am I alone in just not using a bag to go to the gym? I don’t go straight from work like many other people do, but i know some people who take a bag even on the weekends. I don’t see the need, I just dress in my gym clothes and drive straight there. I carry my shake with me or leave it in the car.
