At my job we have a management position where these old dudes just sort of tell our other nationwide workers to do stuff, sometimes they travel to them and tell them in person. That’s about it, and it’s one of the highest (paid) management positions in the company.
I have the same deal, water is part of the rent. I love showering too because I get hot and sweaty easily, I don’t know what I’d do if I had to limit my showers especially in the summer.
