Unless you monitor you employees constantly without them knowing, you have no idea how productive they truly are or aren’t. It’s one thing to get work done in a timely matter throughout the day. It’s another thing to get it done early and then putz around and look busy because your job is easy.

For poor/average income families. These lists are for people with the money for backyards, daycare, extra curricular stuff, etc. For them, it’s great.

In the suburbs it’s very common to have no sidewalks on main streets. The idea is that there’s more open space, less crowded than a city but you therefore need a car, and if you have a nice house in the suburbs you probably also have a car. Kids are supposed to play in the backyard or parks.

i learned about this (and, to an extent, how to do it) in a 2D concepting class. it’s a smart thing to do, if a bit dishonest. but who in their right mind would see a doctored screenshot and immediately think it’s in-game?
