That’s kind of like saying “so wait, Ledger isn’t the same as Jack Nicholson? Why even call it a Batman movie if you didn’t want to actually go through with making Bale the Batman of the ACTUAL ‘BATMAN’ movie?”

It’s unlikely that the fact that he has no clue that he’s doing has gone unnoticed - at least by Smithers. That he still has his job may be because he’s a lot cheaper than someone actually competent.

And a monorail.

I know it’s a minor thing, but the way the Warners’ faces and gloves sometimes being off-white instead of bright white bugs me greatly.

Now playing

It’s unclear how much of this show will be for kids, versus the former kids who grew up with the original series.

or you know, parents could teach their kids that it’s not proper to run/walk across people’s lawn. use the damn walk like they’re supposed to.

LIFE Domain, no less...

We used to. It was called Takeshi’s Castle, in Japan.

The Reformed Church of Lolth is very progressive.

It’s not a terrible idea to direct players to choices that both look good and work in-universe. The “restricted” palettes in BG3 still offers a ton of different shades. It’s just that by default Drow are desaturated, Githyanki have green and yellow hues, etc. You can then use the unlock to allow the full range of color

There’s a fair degree of fatness you can attain in ESO’s creator, to the point where my amazonian DragonKnight actually LOOKS like she’s capable of swinging a greatsword around like its nothing whilst chugging ale. And Fable II has it as well, at least through gameplay. Still- it is quite rare.

I think these COULD have been good movies, but the stress of making it a trilogy and the tight deadline Peter Jackson was under really caused things to crumble.

This.  All of this.

This person has replied with the correct answer.

I was actually glad that we got to spend some time missing Dany, Jon, and the rest to meet some new characters.

Thank you! I was reading this article like “Oh, are we just writing artcles being willfully ignorant of the wealth of information there that answers this question directly?”

I mean, if the filler was actually fun and interesting, and the additional characters necessary, then sure they would have been amazing films. But they are what they are.

And still:

Yeah, I’m kind of confused why this is even a question. Sauron is the obvious answer and, “But he’s the bad guy” doesn’t really seem to call that into question to me. In the entire history of Middle Earth, he’s one of the most historically important individuals. There are books about Hitler, despite being an evil shit
