How does a medium size law firm reach the decision to allow a then billion dollar corporation owe millions while small law threatens to cease representation mid-litigation over <$1K?

What about rinsing and/or brushing with hydrogen peroxide? The label informs it's for oral rinsing? Does the peroxide kill bacteria safely?
