Not sure who the actor playing Victor Buono is, but he's a damn ringer. It's eerie how much he looks and sounds like Buono.

Regarding that last observation, I thought you meant Barry and Mon El could hook up, which I'm even more down for than Barry and Kara.

I think the Big Bad of S4 was adulthood. That showdown with Adam was so effective because it brought the Scoobies back together, in the deepest way possible, after a season of growing up and apart from each other.

I was also pissed that Adam Busch and Tom Lenk didn't get to sing in the musical episode. Back in the day, I was obsessed with Busch's band Common Rotation (I saw them open for They Might Be Giants and then followed them around as much as possible to all these random tiny gigs at record stores and coffee shops and

I remain very confused by the counselor. Yes, Marnie was very obviously being a self-centered asshole in comparing the bruises from her massage to Desi's drug addiction, but I don't think any counselor would allow a client to place blame for an addiction solely on another person, as Desi did.

They canceled plans for Highston back in January, sadly.

The Jean-Claude Van Johnson pilot was my absolute favorite Amazon has ever produced. I hope they actually follow through on the order and that it doesn't become another Highston or The After.

This is the actual pilot. The backdoor pilot aired last year as an episode of P.D., and it was very meh.

I had to pause I was laughing so hard at the line, "Fucking top heavy Dan and his narcing butthole."

JFC, Connor was comparing the nerves he felt about revealing a secret to how he felt coming out, not comparing being gay to being a murderer. Good Lord, Kayla.

I didn't say it meant anything. The post I responded to said he lost the award, but he didn't.

Brown won the NAACP Image Award for This Is Us.

He doesn't qualify as a guest actor. Nominees in those categories must appear in less than 50% of a show's qualifying episodes; for This Is Us, 50% = 9 episodes. Jones is way over that number.

Her last flop was on NBC. I think networks don't get that just because people know who she is doesn't mean they want to watch her in a show.

I agree with every bit of this.

I almost never abandon shows midseason. I've only done it once before, but I'm doing it now. Why this show insists on adding twists and stories and drama when it's already a great show makes no sense to me. Why was there a sudden death quickfire at top 6? That's stupid. To lose a talented chef when the judges said all

I love Peppermint. She's been around for quite a few years, so it'll be interesting to see if her extensive experience translates well to the show (Bianca) or not so much (Kelly Mantle).

Trixie is from Milwaukee, and she competed two seasons ago.

I don't know what it is, specifically, but I'm not really feeling this season much anymore. I think maybe much of the joy that was present last year and in the first few episodes of this season is missing now. Maybe it's the absence of Cat Grant. Maybe it's the increased focus on James. Maybe it's the parallels to

The syndication deal alone must be worth it. It airs on two cable networks plus local stations.
