I want a new animation for the battle system. The current one, with protagonist pokemon is located at bottom of the screen while the enemy pokemon is on top of the screen feels dated. How about a turn base like FF VII, where when you select Cloud to attack, he actually jump and slash the enemy.

A turn base is fine. But what I really wanted is the fight take place in a real environment, kinda like in the video. Make the pokemon look alive, and battle feel like a real battle.

Why is this controller have the ability to split in half? A screen on controller is understandable, it is for managing inventory or map, but ability to splitting? What is the point, and how it can help adding experience in gameplay?

Many people love Dark Souls, including me. The game itself is challenging, and the felling after manage to beat a boss is not describable. It is very awesome. Still, different people enjoy different kind of game.

Or you can just buy the Wii U Pro Controller. The experience will be different than using Wii U Gamepad, but you can play the way you like it. About the Wii Remote, I hate that thing, but it wont stop me buying Wii, because there are alternative controller for that.
