It’s relatively inexpensive fast food.  Not seeing the kitchen and flash furnishings won’t fool anybody or make it into a place that non-fast food diners will suddenly flock to.  And seeing the kitchen is, to me, part of the appeal, you get to see the food happening and it gives one a feeling that their food is coming…
