I get that—but in the first place I was wondering if they would dare tamper with his car in the first place while he was home, knowing how vigilant he is at all times.

Why wouldn't transmitter owner just change the battery? Those things are expensive, even for criminals. And ok—Mike, procedural, yay. But it seemed like half the episode was Mike taking apart the car and fooling with the transmitter. There are only ten episodes!
Did you see Roy Williams in the 2017 NCAA tournament?
I feel like I watched a different show. What it needs is some restraint, and a little more attention to detail. It can barely bother to show a full team in the field in the baseball scenes. Pete shouts her line in a misguided attempt to be funnier. Brockmire character would be funnier if he held something back. The…
What is the geography here? Upstate farm—ok. Do they take helicopters to the city? Is it New York.? What about the CT plates and quick trip to the Hartford airport?
Yeah, I found it one of the few clunkers—out of character
I find this explanation about skunkiness shaky, expecially since he made an error about Genuine Draft "replacing High Life." So he didnt' really say High Life was made with fake hops. Yeah, had that been revealed before?
Like beer snobs, whiskey snobs never disappoint.
It is the essence of the show; it is why it is in season 3.
Why do people want that to be true? It's a fictional TV show. There is no hidden reality that one can "suspect" is behind it. It was a simple plot device.
Not to mention as insufferable here as they are wherever they pop up.
I think you are overthinking it. Sometimes they just use a simple twist without a complicated plan behind it. It is a TV show after all.
Have you caught the live performance they do? It's great.
