For business wear it comes down to the fabrics and the pressing. Water doesn't play well with suits, and as the article mentioned, kerosene, or perc now, doesn't have the effect on those fabrics. Also, they press the hell out of shirts which is awesome!

Maybe it's the "richest" in terms of stock prices? Certainly doesn't qualify the "best" but it makes me laugh that someone would rate IM protocol based on the stock prices of the company that most utilizes it.
