Stopped listening when she acknowledged they were one juror away from guilty on all 18 counts. Remember, Trump called it a victory when he only came up a couple of votes short on getting the ACA repealed.  Using his logic the prosecution won bigly.

It’s in their heads, literally. Studies have shown that Conservatives have a stronger fear reaction to new things or perceived threats. As a result, fear based ads are more effective on them, they prefer authoritarian or “tough guy” presidents to protect them, and are more likely to vote “against” someone.

Inserting large-scale violence into the conversation was not my intent, but reading my OP back, I can definitely see where that might have been inferred. I will be much, much more careful with my wording in the future.

But there is no increased violence. What’s actually happening is the gov’t is gonna re-distribute land, the white farmers who own the vast majority of the land as a direct result of their ancestors “colonizing” (aka stealing) the land from black south africans don’t want to give it up, so they are pushing this false…
