Yeah the diffusing only works so long. We did that with the cedar oil but as you said, it isn't so long lasting. It lasts a lot longer if you rub it into cedar blocks. Good luck on it though.

You could try cedar oil- get some cheap cedar blocks and rub cedar oil on it and leave them around where you notice them. Bonus: Roaches, moths, spiders, mice, and a bunch of other pests have an aversion for cedar oil too.

Oh my gosh that sucks. My boyfriend's dad had weight issues from his anti-depressants and pretty much all he could do to combat it was be hungry. He made sure he was getting all his nutrients and all, but he was hungry a lot. But maybe your doctor would be able to give more appealing advice though.
