Giving gifts to towns in exchange for building power plants, whether they be nuclear, coal, or even wind, is completely the standard operating procedure. Even in non-power related development, there is usually some kind of give-and-take between town and developer. For a landfill, it could be free garbage service for

Call me when they've managed to capture an avanc.

First thing I thought of too. Sad? No.

Big Mac, the new ambrosia.

Like John said, I don't think rooting is required to sideload (on Android). There's a setting to "allow apps from unknown sources". If you check it, I think you can install any apk (app file) that you can get onto the phone's memory, for example by downloading or USB.

That sucks, but whatever. People who want emulators will just sideload.

How else can she sext her bf?

That's fine, but the point of this article is that if you do smile at a woman, there is one positive impact it certainly won't have: causing her to get into the sack with you.

That's the control.

The newest version uses IR technology to avoid the 'problem' most people had with the older touch editions. I use a prs-600 and don't have a problem with the 'glare' or whatever, but the difference is noticeable when comparing side to side with a kindle, for example.

Wow, with all those toolbars, you must be really productive!

Note to Japanese CEOs and such: If you truly want to "take responsibility", learn from your mistakes and do it better next time, don't resign.

I mostly put equations and such into 'cheat sheets'. The actual algebra, trigonometry, and calculus was easy.

Yea, perhaps that's it. Still, back when I took the SAT years ago, if someone said they were going to type a ton of text on that little keyboard I wouldn't believe it. But with the way kids can text now, I sure could.

Cost, "chicken vs egg", and storage capacity.

I never understood the qwerty keyboard restriction on the SAT and such. I can only guess it's so you can't make cheat sheets in the calculator, but I could easily write up text documents on my computer and load them onto my TI-89 (original, aka the best) with the "graphlink" cable.
