@hostile-17: Or, use a tasteful alternative: Make the software simply quit working.

@CaptainJack: Yea, I know... but it's still a major annoyance, and potential stumbling block for non-technically savvy people who want to get into ebooks. It's why kindle has done so well... the DRM is transparent.

@rathat: me too. it seems pretty light-weight, unobtrusive, and effective.

So they turned their software into, essentially, the same thing it's supposed to protect from? (annoying popup malware and such)

@Luizzle: It shows it right in the video: "dress"

@Platypus Man: I'm pretty sure it's targeted at serious bidnessmen who do serious work. You can tell by the suits the men in the picture are wearing. I checked the website. It's serious bidness.

I always wondered why Times Square seemed to be described in a trashy sorta way in older books like Catcher in the Rye (I think it was described in the book) and Flowers for Algernon (Charlie slums it nearby, then meets Fay, I believe).

@Mattizzle: 2 points: 1) You don't buy a house like that to "live" in. 2) You're too busy working at the office (or elsewhere) all the time if you can afford a house like that.

I'm not seeing it. It just looks like a dodecagon to me.

@Anrkist: Don't forget salt flavored.

@trunicated: The water company does a lot to your water, thankfully.

I like all the circular definitions of "terrorist" and "terrorist activities".

It's only been out for a month or two. Give it a chance.
