I'm going to to cite the Clint Eastwood v. punk kids case when I say: "Stay off my lawn!"

r.e. the Bethanny Frankel news, when will people learn to just say "How is (your child's name) doing" rather than ask about your upcoming plans for your uterus? That really is the polite thing to do. I have 2 girls and I get asked all the time if we will be "trying for that boy!" Um, no. We are thrilled with 2 girls…
I have *zero* tolerance for abortion news like this today because one of the 9th graders I teach who was raped and got pregnant with TWINS as a result came to me today with the news she had an abortion over the weekend. While overall I really think that was the best choice for her (her taking care of 2 babies boggles…
Why does Victoria's Secret do that? They only carry on making the crap bras that make my boobs malformed, but the ones that were like sweet sanctuary for my bewbies were discontinued in 6 months. I wore those bras until the wires popped out and rolled under. :-(
Aquaphor. It's Vaseline but classier.
These are very beautiful, but isn't that a lot of bewbie for a kid movie? I don't want my 2 girls to think they must be wasp-wasited and chesty to be beautiful.
MUST....HAVE....
Karen Santorum: "Don't hate the hater, hate the hate."
Also probably gay. See Jonathan and King David.
Am I the only one who likes Busy Phillips's dress but is "eh" about Charlize's gown? The E! folks had a fashiongasm when describing Charlize's dress during the wrap-up, but I don't see it. Any and all skirts with hems of multiple lengths just remind me of Stephanie Seymour in the "November Rain" video, and even she…
I thought it would be Warrick Dunn. He is really a class act and he still does tons of good work here in Tampa. I would plotz too if he replied to me on Twitter!! Mike Alstott is a great guy too & I LOOOOOOVED to watch him work. Sapp was amazeballs back in the day, and he's pretty entertaining on TV now.
As a Bucs fan, I feel your pain. Who were your faves? Were they on the Superbowl team?
I love the game, (and I have to, because as a Bucs fan I am sure as hell not used to winning!) but I have to admit I really like the eye candy too. Hey, I'm human. I'm sure if the roles were reversed a guy would have no problem admitting he watched whatever for the tight-bods on the ladies.
Just Kids is an unbelieveable book. Please check it out if you are at all interested in Patti Smith, Robert Mapplethorpe or NYC in the 70s. You will love it.
I spent Christmas on the beach in a house my parents rented with my 2 sisters, their husbands & (between them) 5 kids ranging in age 7 and 16 (my 2 girls are 2 and 8 months, too small to understand Christmas).
Does NYC just get the drinking innovations last or something? We've had Marshmallow & Whipped Cream vodka for about a year (I think) in the good ol' South.
I grew up in the ghetto part of Winter Park. That garbage was 90% Whole Foods refuse and the rest Abercrombie and Starbucks tags and cups.
I would submit that the Godfather movies parts I and II (let's pretend that III doesn't exist) are better than the books. The books are OK. The movies are amazing.
I hesitate to submit this, as it is really lame after reading all these stories, but here goes: I am 100% certain that the cat I owned from the age of 10 to 24 visits me all the time. Ever since she passed, I will be lying down to sleep and feel a cat jump on the bed, take a few steps, then curl up at the foot of the…
Anyone seen Brian Williams on Sesame Street? If you didn't already love him you'd fall head over heels for him after seeing that . . .
