my city ride, an 07 expedition, has the exact same set up, plus LEDs in the grille and fogs along with an integrated light bar in the roof rack front and rear, and also on the sides.

I drove a 98 crown vic and it never over heated. impalas ,07 and newer do, even on a “cool” 80 degree day. this is common, and we do it all the time. also, we don’t have dash cams to block.

well I’m a cop in AZ and have been for 10 years and we have been doing it with the 07 impalas since we got them in our fleet. they constantly over heat, in turn killing the ac, which in AZ during the summer, plain sucks. there is a reason we are phasing them out.

Come do a ride along and you will see how wrong you are. Also, nothing on these impalas is upgraded. They are junk. We are phasing them out for a reason.

First hand experience with these pieces of junk. Any 07 to 13 impala in our fleet, even if stuck in stop and go traffic for more than 5 minutes at speeds under 10mph will overheat and kill the ac. When sitting on a scene it’s even worse, and you have to pop the good to keep the ac going. Cars are shit.
