Ok buddy. That is not the definition of serious physical injury. I’ve read the statue. I’ve read many statues and I’ve stood by and watched parents spank their kids and didn’t put cuffs on them. It clearly says you can spank your kid.

Did you actually read the statue? Paragraph 1 states “For purposes of this subdivision, “serious physical harm” does not include reasonable and age-appropriate spanking to the buttocks if there is no evidence of serious physical injury".
