I’m at a loss as to why Amazon closing a dormant account is akin to convicting you of a crime, and why that would necessitate completely cutting yourself off from their ecosystem. It sounds like they closed an account you didn’t use, which lots of businesses do, for any number of benign reasons.

Oftentimes men ARE making the dresscode rules. If men’s clothing is so oppressive, it’s within the rulemakers’ purview (again, oftentimes men) to change the rules to benefit themselves, eg, not wearing suits. But they don’t.

Men can fight their own battles, esp since it was men who set this shit up in the first place.

Don’t like the dress code for men? Then try do something about it. Don’t just complain about women objecting to theirs.

Women’s clothing is inherently different than men’s clothing. They make workplace dresses with no sleeves for women. I’ve worn them with no problem in Corporate America for years. I can’t think of a male equivalent. Even the most casual male business shirts have sleeves. They can’t just arbitrarily change the rules…

Unless you consistently ‘work’ 3600 seconds per hour you should be able to understand why making someone do more work than typical, while not requiring them to stay extra time, is still dickish.
