I'm really lucky. I'm going to be one of the last people with an XP netbook. I bought the one I have back in September, and I was disappointed it was difficult to find one without 7. Windows 7 is great for full size laptops and desktops, but even the starter edition is terrible for netbooks.

Critically Underrated: Mercenaries 2 (get past the bugs, and it's such a fun game)

Xbox Live has only 25 million members. How is PC gaming dead?

Does this actually work to hide what you're doing?

Eh. I see a kernel of truth. The rifling in the barrel does give a pretty good spin. But I didn't see any deformation on the bullet, which is very unlikely on a hard surface like ice, especially when it stops in the ice. The bullet should have mushroomed.

This looks pretty fun. Even if just to see some characters I know and love be put into this kind of situation. It's like an official fanfic.

1PM is definitely Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising.

I see this in my future.

Ladies and gentlemen, we are in the future.

I like

@SigmundTheSeaMonster: Pretty much all sugar, no matter how processed, is not the best stuff for you. However, in moderation, all forms of sugar are fine. There is no "bad" type of sugar.

Am I the only one who doesn't think ads are annoying? Just seeing an ad doesn't make me go "Ugh". I just go "meh" and move on. Sometimes ads are beneficial to the consumer, as they learn about something awesome they wouldn't have otherwise. And, really, websites have to make money somehow.

This is everything I ever wanted for my schoolwork.

@cocomojoe2: Knowing Canonical and their Ubuntu release cycle, probably October 31st.

Overpriced, IMHO. For $150, the MW2 Prestige Edition gave you night vision goggles. In this, you get what, a backpack?

Is it a problem that I like FM\AM radio? And that I don't think it's an antiquated technology? The same goes for broadcast television.

I just bought a Kindle 2 five days ago. *slams head against table while screaming profanities*
