Can we just stop the anthem at sporting events? I mean maybe championship games or something but come on. It’s so stupid. Plus I would love to see the outpouring of vitriol from people who truly do base their lives on the anthem, and hold it sacrosanct.

Nothing about the opinions of this expert were illuminating in any respect, especially when the expert is opining on causal mechanisms far outside her area of expertise (i.e., her psychologizing explanation of Green’s kicks).

We’re a society that throws people away. Rob a store when you’re 19? Spend years in prison being raped, mentally, and physically beaten, and told you are human garbage. Then when they’ve served their debt to society, slap them with a permanent “felon” label, strip their voting rights away, and then have the audacity…

Nope. No one deserves to be raped.

This is a wonderful idea. I sent one. Our constitution bans cruel and unusual punishment, and that includes preventing sexual harm from happening to prisoners.

This is good advice. But it is hard to follow. Especially since I love drinks 3 and 4 most of all.
