It doesn’t because those issues can be largely avoided by just paying attention to the road and not exceeding a velocity that prevents you from taking corrective action (i..e. driving).

The likelihood, the means, and the dynamics of sliding the vehicle matters little, when you hit an immovable object it’s going to be bad regardless of whether you’re in the three wheeler or the motorcycle.

Sliding with proper gear is the easy part, it’s the hitting of hard immovable things that’s bad.

I don’t see how this vehicle prevents the latter.
