You’re an idiot, you’re still and idiot, and nothing you say will change my mind about you being an idiot. Good job.
My Fiats still get me to work and my Saeco still keeps me awake.
That is one of the worst technical arguments I’ve ever read in my life. No credible data on the emission levels reported, few to no citations of technical papers or journals, and language that would make engineers and scientist simply cringe.
This is a piss-poor lawsuit that FCA and Cummins should have no problem…
Why would you buy this over a 3-series or Alfa Romeo Giulia?

I know he’s been very vocal about it, but if trade and manufacturing between Mexico and the US is hindered, it will prove to be a bigger thorn in his side. (You’re also not the only one that used to work for the dude.)

At my previous place of employment, the plant I became familiar with had contract agreements with the union over the number of CNC machines and fully-automated sub-assembly lines.

It’s more than just programming. It’s control theory, model-based design, system integration, mechatronics, validation, etc. This largely why few to no tuner achieves the level of quality of the OEM.
I don’t understand why you guys make such s big deal about this, it’s not like any on the Jalopnik staff or it’s commenters know the first thing about embedded software and how to “fix” it.
