Yes, she's cute and charming but she loves the gossip and every show is just one case, so we have to listen to a lot of nonsense that has nothing to do with the case as entertainment. I guess. Still, I think her judgments are fair but what a waste of time.

Hell, Jefra is way more interesting than Spencer.

I planned to nurse until my kid turned one but at seven months he had other ideas. I would have had to force him. I understand no two kids are a like but I honestly don't believe a toddler doesn't want the independence of eating on his own.

I disliked Jefra early but I dig the short sundress. Are the ladies told to wear undies on every challenge? The sundress is way cute.

Amy Poehler's Kaitlin set the standard.

I have a theory that half of 5 and 6 year olds are names Jayden of Jaidin or Jadyn. The Braydens are a little older.

Except when most of the rest of the country has no idea who that guy was. And WU has a bad habit of letting their "guests" (really, guests on a news show?) go on WAY too long.

Still, I liked the joke I didn't see coming. He got the cheaper surgery. Notice the monster hands at the end?

I had it on mute and was reading the astonishingly bad lyrics on the bottom of my screen. I had to find out if it was really that bad so I turned up the volume. Yes, it was that bad. I completely ignored the second song.

There's never a good reason to use that word.

Don't forget the writing. Having the weaker Jost end the WU segment on the lame joke about a cat covered in cotton balls made me say WTF are they thinking out loud. Why intentionally end as weakly as possible?

No, it's pretty awful. I just watched the season one marathon on PBS last weekend. Yes, the costumes are nice. I used to respect Piven as an actor but he is really bad here. I think he is pandering to the british audience because his accent sounds fake american. He's doing interviews because season two will start

What about Gary (Peter Horton) dying on his bicycle on Thirty Something? That shocked the hell out of me. IIRC it happened pre-spoiler age. A quick google indicates he was more interested in directing and wanted off the show.
.

This is a truly awful show which seems to be on ME TV every time I go there. And I only go there for the Alfred Hitchcock Hour.

According to America's Test Kitchen, it's stuff that tastes the most like meat. I didn't appreciate that until I started working on my veggie burgers. They tend to emphasize the tomato paste. Just trying to pass on my understanding of the word.

Oh goodness, really? That awful beet burger recipe that's been out there forever? The lentil/mushroom/onion/toasted cashew burgers have more of what they call umami.

Essence of Emeril got a lot of us interested in cooking shows. Still, I'll never forget the look on his face when he was explaining how to cook brats and he asked someone in the audience if that's how we do it in Wisconsin and he said no, we boil them in beer first. That and the constant talk of the "holy trinity" -

And Beck used to be cool. I was really looking forward to this one.

I heard Seth Meyers was leaving this year. Then he Never Left. It really dragged down each episode for me because I was looking forward to a change, and I like Strong. I agree, it looks like she learned too much from him. You nailed the description of the smirk.
If he'd have taken 6 mos off I might have been

I think it's so weak because Lorne won't do anything significantly political anymore. I used to watch the show for that reason.
