I had problems playing some stuff on Roku via Plex, but the NVIDIA SHIELD has handled everything with aplomb. Bonus points for global voice search (which I think Roku also has).

Rude response aside, I have to agree with TheGCU. No, it’s not a higher clearance level, per se, but the semantics of the article is accurate. One does need additional clearance beyond simply “Top Secret” to have access to that information.
