Every sport takes place on the same field. That's the concept. Basketball for example doesn't have different courts depending on the team. The closest thing to this is that ballpark rules in baseball allow surprising variances to anything outside the diamond.

They did nerf Smite, though. It's just that the jungler item enchants give you different versions of Smite, and they nerfed the range because one of the versions that do affect enemy champions was too good.

When I raced in Utah back in 2002-2003, we didn't have to pay for the street legal races on friday and saturday nights. We would just show up for inspection and get anywhere from 4-8 runs in. I don't know why this isn't more common.
