Okay, now that actually makes sense.

You talked your fiance out of buying a FoST? Is this Bizarro Jalopnik?

Neutral: I put in whatever the manual recommends. When I had the Focus ST, it was 91+ (even thought it could run on 87) because moar horsepowa. With the CTS I put in 87 because. . . that’s what it’s supposed to have.

The coolest car my mom ever owned was also the most boring car ever:

Hey now, my mom also had a Cutlass Ciera. Hers was fancy, though. See:

The average person that doesn’t know about the Mustang joke is probably not reading Jalopnik.

I’m not going to argue that the price for this is “bad”, but I will argue that the price difference between this and a brand new one is small enough that buying new or certified should be considered first.

I was going to counter with “but Andrew mentioned the wagon. . .”, but you don’t want the Thing sharing the same air as you on your way to the Place. Especially if you’re waiting to finish the Job until you get to the Place. I hate listening to the Thing whimpering.

I put it our local store-brand equivalent (which is actually far better and half the price of A1) on cottage cheese.

Yeah, my stepsister and stepbrother both have dark brown hair, but their pictures from when they were about 5 show blonde hair.

Agreed WTH I want my hair color back.

Holy shit that plaque is fucking amazing.

Interesting this has just come up, as my wife and I recently had a near miss with a toddler that sprinted out in front of her as she was making a right hand turn. The child ran out from between two angle-parked cars and there was literally zero warning. Luckily we were going only about 5mph and the mother screamed the

You just got trolled, my good man. Enjoy arguing on the internet!

ho-lee-shit.

I had about a bajillion G.I. Joes and two of the mask things—the blue helicopter/plane and the green helicopter/crotch rocket. I don’t think there were all that many M.A.S.K. toys compared to GI Joe.

Hmm, for the long term, you are correct, but it couldn’t hurt for the short term. Even more incentive for progress to EVs.

Depends what the gas tax is being spent on. You’d have to specifically limit that revenue to being spent on infrastructure.

Seems all of this could be solved with a gas tax. Increases the price of gas, that money goes towards better roads, and now you can safely drive your lower clearance higher gas mileage car.

Oh I think that it’s more than just a “possibility” that we won’t get the next Focus ST. I think it’s a certainty.
