A lot of people don’t understand the first amendment. They think that because they are doing it in the name of their religion, it’s fine. They don’t realize that they are acting on behalf of the government, which the first amendment bars from enforcing any religious doctrine.

M-I crooked letter crooked letter I. Crooked letter crooked letter I. Humpback humpback I.

“I will never stop being horrified by that woman.”

I’m not a huge fan of the Warren idea. I think she’ll do more good in the senate.

Please do tell, moral authority person, what would you have done differently? Lincoln suspended Habeas Corpus during the civil war and declared war on his own citizens. At least, that’s the simpleton version of the Civil War. LBJ managed to circumvent Congress’s lone ability to declare war with the Gulf of Tonkin

The problem wasn’t that the foreman had been sexually assaulted, it was that he had failed to disclose that fact (I think he might have affirmatively said he had never been sexually assaulted).

When adults feel the need to “take down” a 12 year old who posted a video on Facebook, they are adulting all wrong.

Thank you so much for sharing your story with us.

I have those shoes in black and red too! Just thought I would let you know we are shoe sisters (and yes they are so much cuter than the bunny shoes Lena Dunham has on.)

Tears.

You lucky thing. That was a pretty one...on paper. On me the grapefruit went all metallically sweaty smelling, and then pickled. But...I’m reasonably certain I saw it at Guerlain’s site not long ago (as in less than two months,) so if it does smell different it is entirely likely it’s due to a reformulation. Your best

The EU changed their regulations on perfume formulations to accomodate allergies and preserve natural resources. Guerlain, Dior, Chanel and other companies were required to change their formulas. This is probably why it smells so different now. If you loved the original formula, then try to purchase older bottles.

Which scent?

Have you tried Saks?

Just had this same experience with them with a Guerlain fragrance (Aqua Allegoria Pamplelune). Bought some off Amazon but I swear it’s not the same.

Oh gosh, on-call and the lead bodysuits? I’m not really a cardiac person to begin with but no cath lab ever for me. I’ll stick with my slough and eschar and other unspeakables.

Holy cats! This is one for your memoirs. Practically every attorney will (eventually) have a warehouse of stories; sounds like you’ve already gotten your “crazy experience in a workers comp case” experience out of the way . . .

Ahhhh, scrubs. One of my favorite things about bedside nursing! And now I work on a burn ICU where we have to get sterile scrubs out of the vending machine so I don’t even have to do work laundry anymore. I don’t think I could ever go back to the world of business casual at this point, so props to you.

I got some of the Marta sandals and they’re REALLY good. I need to put a little pad in the toe of the left one, because it rubs my big toe on that side, but otherwise they’re great shoes. Now if the sun would just come out, I could wear them!

I’m with you there. I’m celebrating the fact I’ve avoided completely toxic relationships (like what my parents had before my mother thankfully left him and took me with her). They’ve been rocky and/or short, but at least they weren’t sociopathic abusers.
