Just went back and checked out my old Hotmail account for s***s and giggles - same old story - spam, spam, and more spam. I've had my gmail account for 3 or 4 years now, and I still have yet to get spam in my Inbox.
@danio: Oil companies will charge what they please and control the flow as much as they want as long as demand is high and constant. Less dependancy on oil would drive prices down - and more importantly, you would need less of it, thus pay less.
What we need is a large scale movement of people re-assessing what they REALLY NEED in terms of transportation and a greater movement towards more fuel efficient vehicles - whether it be smaller cars or hybrids. That, and only that, will drive auto companies into making more fuel efficient and non-gas dependent…
At first I thought the headline read: "Do it yourself CROTCH pockets". Crutch pockets aren't nearly as interesting. :P
