I’m white and I call it grilling. BBQ is a specific type of cooking and “cookout” isn’t really used here in New England.

You’re both wrong and right. Rates have as much (if not more) to do with gender and age as region and cost of vehicle (parts & repairs). When you generalize, you’re only right about some things. Or in this case, part of the people for whom the $600 subscription is a good/bad deal.
I think you’re just the wrong demographic. $600/mth to include insurance is incredibly cheap for a car that retails at ~$35kish. Everyone I know, even older “I buy my truck and drive it 200000 miles” guys, are interested in this program.
Sorry Camero lovers, but it’s true.
Ford’s Mustang has always been a survivor. And, as today’s Nice Price or Crack Pipe Mach 1 proves, its special…
I know it’s not a popular opinion these days, but I’ve always loved the SN95 Mustangs. They’re the right balance of (then) modern design and retro callbacks, they look sporty and fast without being cartoonishly aggressive, and they’re overall well proportioned. The New Edge cars screwed up some of the details that…

Is there scientific consensus that “matcha” is of any actual health benefit or is it just another fad promoted by bloggers who assume it’s healthy? Vitamin C is also healthy but ingesting too much daily can cause adverse health effects. It seems blindly stupid to dump a bunch of an untested substance into everything…

Haven’t heard the term invalid for a disabled person in quite some time. This is good ‘80s nostalgia.
It may have a clean title, but it’s not without its blemishes. Just for kicks I pulled the Carfax on it.
I watch a lot of kids tv (cartoons) and I kinda see the appeal of it (animation at least) Disney channel sitcoms are terrible and I have no idea who would want to write those dumpster fires
I’m a Power Rangers fan. There are a few people who spent most of their adult lives, most of their careers around the show. While Saban (the show’s steward for all but around 10 years of its existence) is widely known to be a terrible employer, it’s not for reasons of such mischief. Some people simply have a knack for…
I have an automatic distrust of any adult who chooses to go into kids TV.
It looks like Chrysler stole their idea, and beat them to it with the 300. Thus forcing Lincoln to make something different so it would’t look like another 300. But you’re right. they should have tried to tie it in with the old contis. The best part of this concept is the chrome accent strips running down the length…
Many publications, like literary journals and informal group blogs, are a labor of love with little to zero income, and the people running them often make no money, or a vanishingly low wage. Again, it’s completely valid for a writer to avoid these publications. But it’s also valid to contribute to them for free.
Thank you so much for responding! I’m very impressed!

That’s sad and frustrating, and I completely agree that publications should not expect free writing to replace paid writing; it’s harmful to everyone. This is why I recommend people try writing for themselves, or for small outlets that aren’t looking for profit. Both of these are legitimate forms of free writing…
It was a very unscientific sample—if you have more info, please leave it here!
