What I do to avoid forgetting lunch is to simply bring my entire bag of lunch meat from the grocery along with the loaf of bread and cheese and condiment and leave it in the work fridge. Assemble sandwich during lunch, put stuff back in fridge, leave it there. Only have to remember lunch once a week instead of five

I bring my lunch to work about 4 out of the 5 days of the work week. But, sometimes it's nice to go out a get lunch. I've also left the lunch I've brought with me in the fridge until the next day if I'm invited out by a co-worker. You don't want to be the guy/girl that declines a social invitation.

I also have an office job and I get really restless just sitting around all day. So what I do is every hour or so I'll do a set of push-ups or crunches. I started at around 50 push-ups a day and now I'm up to 100! Pretty awesome feeling to accomplish that in a couple weeks! Next goal 200 :)
