I agree, and it is especially amazing when they don't use glitches or mods. Like when they did the original Quake Done Quicker runs, I don't remember a single glitch (unless you consider rocket jumping a glitch).

Yeah, it was really crazy trying to design levels for the game because in order to create a "bridge" or some type of intersecting path, you'd have to actually intersect two hallways and then raise/lower the floor and ceiling to match the level you were on.
