@HighOctaneX: you want an ion nettop running windows 7 and boxee software at the same time. Its a better value then either of your options.

@pcll4678: well I dont own a popcorn so I can comment on that, I do own a WD TV Live HD. the major difference is the interface, Boxee is lightyears beyond WD. The best feature of boxee by far is the ability to aggregate all of your movies/TVshows into a list, that with the flick of a swith also contains all of the

@rudyfrederic: I would suggest getting an ion powered nettop and installing boxee on it. After you get it setup, install hamachi or another VPN and create a network share with your friends, the point boxee at the shares. I am currently doing this with several friends and we are all able to stream movies and music

@TheRiseOfRoy: "you will make this nations already dumb population just more illiterate."

@manderson: More unneeded ass-kissing directed towards Rosa...

@The5thElephant: The cynical part of me still believes that the telecoms are just pulling an old Ma Bell trick, with the your gonna break my network excuse.

@Alfisted: It could be argued that carriers have already embraced the change. One could argue that the sim card based data only plans sold with netbooks is the telecoms acceptance of the forthcoming trend. I could throw skype or gizmo+google voice on my netbook and have a very silly portable phone.

@anoteoftruth: You mean to tell me that Google can't make a Fanboy leave Apple. I for one am shocked by this claim.

Its not that dumb if the secret phone is coming out next month.

@Cory Gross: Wo Nellie, I believe you need to work on your reading comprehension as I was attempting to convey sarcasm. I know you were talking about the uncanny valley, I simply put its name there.

@Magicant: While I really should not claim to know what YOUR eye would perceive. I will state that it would have slipped by simply on the fact that almost all ships, since ships had engine rooms were much more utilitarian in design compared to the decks above.

@Geo666: Why do all of you keep saying the same thing like it's never going to change or get better.

@ggodo, the man from R.O.A.C.H.: I think that you may be missing this big picture here. The fact is, Wall-E and any other Pixar movie are CGI overload. The only two reasons it works well for them is that, Pixar always falls on its storytelling talent to back it up and there are no live action actors causing a

@greasypigarvin: Thank you! Your last comment hits home for me. There seems to be a lot of "I like it oldschool", I'm turning into an old man, vibe running loose in this post.

@Magicant: I say that if a thanks didnt go out to the owner of the brewery and no mention had been made of it, you would not have noticed and thus would not have posted this comment.

@Cory Gross: Wow reading over this post I am beginning to think that not many of you know what the term "The Uncanny Valley" really means.
